Smith Master Bathroom

The original bathroom had a cramped layout with a separate tub and shower competing for space. We removed the dividing wall, eliminated the soaking tub, and built a curbless walk-in shower with a linear drain. New double vanity, porcelain tile, and updated lighting throughout.

Scope: demo, plumbing relocation, electrical, tile, vanity install, glass enclosure. Timeline: 5 weeks from demo to final walk-through.
